Sisterhood. Resilience. Community.

From educating communities about food production and selling Treasury Bonds during WWI and the Spanish flu pandemic to planting victory gardens and training in first aid during WWII, Girl Scouts have always stepped up in times of need, and our current COVID-19 crisis is no different. All across our country and our world, Girl Scouts have leapt to the aid of others by engaging in wonderful acts of service and kindness.

Our girls will need your support more than ever as their families face job uncertainties and supply shortages, home school their children, and deal with the ongoing stress brought about by COVID-19.

Girl Scouts of Citrus staff are working hard as the council navigates these challenging times. The future is uncertain in many ways, but we all know that Girl Scouts are resilient and rise to the challenge when our country and communities need us.

Actively engaging our girls and volunteers during this time has been a top priority for Girl Scouts of Citrus (GSC). Council staff is developing self-guided, free activities to keep girls, troops, and our community connected.
